RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Not happy with your new roommate? Or perhaps the Fuggler you adopted is even weirder than you expected? While we can’t promise they’ll start behaving, we do offer a straightforward return policy for those who might have bitten off more than they can chew.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, your Fuggler must be in the same condition that you received it—meaning no extra bite marks (other than the ones it came with). It must be unworn, unused, and in its original chaotic packaging with all tags attached.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to decide if you can handle the madness. If 30 days have gone by, we’re sorry, but that monster is officially your problem now.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Before sending anything back, you must contact our brave support team. If you send a Fuggler back without warning, it might get lonely (or angry) in our warehouse.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return (and ensure no office equipment was harmed), we will notify you if the refund was approved. If so, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
