SHIPPING EXPECTATIONS
So, you’ve decided to invite a monster into your home? Bold move. At Fuggler, we are committed to providing reliable shipping, but remember: these monsters don’t always travel well. Standard delivery usually takes 10 to 20 business days.
For clarification, business days include all days except Sundays, public holidays, or days when severe weather alerts (like tropical cyclones) are active. During peak chaos periods—like sales or holidays—shipping times may be slightly extended as we bribe the monsters to stay in their crates.
THE FINE PRINT (THE BORING STUFF)
We work hard to meet timelines, but severe weather or high order volumes can cause delays. Also, if your address is incorrect, incomplete, or hard to access, the delivery might fail. If items are out of stock, our support team will contact you promptly.
IMPORTANT: We do not offer scheduled delivery, and once an order is confirmed, we cannot modify the shipping address. We also cannot ship to PO Boxes or certain remote areas. If we can’t ship your order, we’ll reach out with refund options.
FREE SHIPPING & TRACKING
All orders qualify for Free Standard Shipping. However, if our delivery personnel can’t reach you after two attempts, the order will be automatically canceled and refunded. You can track your monster’s progress anytime via our Order Tracking page.

If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated window, first double-check your address. Still missing? Call us at (323) 917-0272. We will work with the carrier to locate your order or issue a replacement.
